No. Curl Jones no longer offers a Waiting list. All appointments are first come, first serve.

Do I Need To Do Anything Before I Arrive?
Yes, prior to your experience, you'll want to be sure your curls are best prepared for a Curl Jones Visit.
At least 30 days leading up to your appointment you will forgo the use of oils, butters, and Eco Styler/Wetliner gel, heavy butters, oils, coconut oil, silicones, petroleum, lanolin, echo gel, wetliner styler gel, Cantu products, Shea moisture products, castor oil, Mielle, etc. These products/ingredients prevent water from entering in and have a huge impact on the outcome of your hair at our appointment.
It is required that you arrive with freshly cleansed, dry curls that are worn down in their natural fall. (no pony tails, braids, buns, etc.) To ensure together we can achieve the best hydration formulation for you.

What if I have an emergency, Can I cancel my appointment?
We understand emergencies happen. Your appointment can be canceled with a cancelation fee.

I Am Not New To Getting My Hair Done Curly, Do I Still Have To book a love lesson? Even If I Have Seen Other Curly Hair Stylists?
We love that you have seen other stylists and respectfully ask if you have never visited our establishment, we request you to book a Love Lesson as your first experience. This will allow for a full analysis of your texture.
Can I Come In For A Consultation First This Way You Can See My Hair Before Booking An Appointment?

Will I walk away from the service knowing how to care for my natural hair?
Yes, at Curl Jones education is one of our brand pillars. During your Love Lessons service, you will learn to care for your natural hair. If you need more education, we also offer classes for our clients. Check out our Education Section.
Can I purchase products on the day of my appointment?
I am nervous about cutting my hair. Can I bring a friend with me?
Our small studio space is a non-judgemental sanctuary meant for you to feel comfortable and safe. Bringing guests who do not have appointments will result in a rescheduled appointment and a cancellation charge.
