CANCELLATION POLICY

At Curl Jones, we understand life happens. Please give us 48-hour notice to change the time and day of your salon experience.
In the event you must cancel within the 48-hour window of your appointment, a cancellation fee will be due before booking your next appointment.

LATE POLICY

You may be rescheduled or lose your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late. *Please give yourself time to park.

NO-SHOW POLICY

In the event you fail to notify us of a cancellation and do not show up at all to your scheduled appointment, you will be subjected to a no-show fee before booking your next appointment. Please be advised you may become ineligible to be a guest of Curl Jones.

GUEST POLICY
Our small studio space is a non-judgemental sanctuary meant for you to feel comfortable and safe. Bringing guests who do not have appointments will result in a rescheduled appointment and a cancellation charge.
